Our Process


  • We have an extensive network of experienced potential candidates and are continually registering more
  • All our candidates are thoroughly screened by one of our Consultants before we discuss potential opportunities with them. During this interview we will:

–  Explore the candidate’s work experience and skill set to determine which positions he or she is best suited to and qualified for

– Gain a full understanding of the candidate’s working philosophy to ensure we are proposing roles that will offer the right cultural fit

– Discuss the candidate’s career aspirations and ambitions to ensure that we match him or her with roles in which he or she can realise these goals in the medium to long term

  • We will only propose a candidate to you after he or she has had the opportunity to review information on the position and your company and hence has decided to apply for the role
  • Once you have selected the candidates you would like to meet, we will arrange interviews for you, co-ordinate post interview feedback, assist with offer negotiations and do all we can to facilitate the on-boarding process for your chosen candidate
